Bring your own turtle.  Prizes for best decorated Turtle (Turtle Decorating Rules: 1. No Permanent Paint, Markers, Glue,Decorations, etc. should be used in decorating the turtle. 2. All decorations should be easily removable and removed from the turtle as soon as possible after the contest.)
